    Breakage

  • Does there occur Breakage of Glass?
    • Yes, Breakage does occur. Glass is fragile and does break in transit.

  • Who shall bear the cost of breakage?
    • The consignee bears the cost of breakage in transit. We facilitate the transit of goods for the convenience of our customers, but are not responsible.

  • Insurance

  • Does Glassko India provides Insurance facility?
    • No, as on date we don't provide insurance facility.

  • Cancellation

  • Does Glassko India cancel the orders once placed?
    • No, We can not cancel the orders once placed. We request you to plan and order your requirement.

  • Does Glassko India provides refund on cancellation?
    • We provide no refund on cancellation after the goods have been dispatched from our godown.

      If goods are not dispatched an amount of 10% of order value + relevant taxes on Glass Bottles and Jars would be charged. However if the Glass Products have been ordered along with Printing, Frosting and other customised facility, no refund will be provided.

  • Refusal by Customers to Accept Goods Policy

  • What if customers refuse to accept the goods when delivered?
    • Glassko India permits the transporting company to recover their cost for redelivery, storage of goods at their godown and other relevant charges. The transport company would invoice the charges directly.

      Non-pickup of goods or providing no information of transporting goods after selecting "Self Pickup" option while ordering the goods would attract charges to the tune of 50% of goods value after 30days. Glassko India would raise debit note for the godown rent equivalent to the order value if the goods are not picked within 30days. There shall remain no claim for goods after 30days.

  • Goods and Service Tax Invoicing Policy

  • Does Glassko India provides GST invoicing?
    • Yes, We do provide GST Tax Invoice.

  • What if wrong GSTIN has been entered?
    • We request you to drop an email with your right GSTIN number for corrections in the invoice. Our executive will contact you over phone to resolve the issue.

      However,if the goods have been dispatched, It would not be possible for us to change the GSTIN.

      We request you to provide true and correct information for invoicing. The legal and commercial cost on providing wrong information would not be the responsibility of Glassko India and would be recovered from the cosignee.

  • Printing, Frosting & Other Value Added Services

  • What type of Printing Services are available?
    • We provide printing services based on lastings Temporary Printing, Permanent Printing also based on colours Single Colour and Multicolour Printing.

  • What's Temporary Printing and Permanent Printing?
    • Temporary Printing would go away with few washes and rubs. It's preferred in case of Take Away Options. Permanent Printing would stay longer and does not fades fast. The colours are heated to provide permanent print.

  • What's Single Colour and Multicolour Printing?
    • Single Colour Printing is done with only one colour. In case of Multicolour Printing up to 5 colours can be used for Printing.
